During a working meeting with Gunter Gaublomme, Director of the Brussels Diplomatic Academy and Professor at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), the strategic importance of Kazakhstan for the European Union was highlighted, along with the growing role of economic diplomacy and academic expertise in strengthening bilateral cooperation.
Both sides underlined the importance of close interaction between academic institutions, the business community, and diplomatic structures as a key factor in the successful implementation of joint initiatives.
Following the meeting, Kazakhstan-EU Gateway (KEG) and the Brussels Diplomatic Academy agreed to further cooperation in developing educational programmes, expert events, and practical initiatives aimed at deepening the partnership between Kazakhstan and the EU.
